Account and Data Deletion
Account deletion is available through the native Reelesta app flow.
How to delete your account
Open the Reelesta app, sign in to the account you want to delete, go to the account or profile area, and choose the account deletion option. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
What happens next
After a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize eligible account information and associated activity within a reasonable period, except information we must retain for legal compliance, transaction records, refunds, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement.
Purchases: Deleting your Reelesta account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or other store subscription. Cancel active subscriptions through the relevant purchase provider.
